The V Symposium Ibero-African-American on Risks subordinate to the general theme “Risks in the Anthropocene: Environmental Changes, Global Transformations and Displacement” aims to provide an interdisciplinary platform for discussing the emergence, transformation and interaction of risks in the context of rapid environmental and global changes, with particular attention to the relationships between human actions, environmental processes, vulnerability and displacement, with a view to education to reduce risks, “to act today to protect tomorrow”.
